ONE-on-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

I 'get you' I have had two children of my own and understand juggling the demands of being a Wife and Mum with work!! 

My training style is to help you become the best version of you through the five elements of quality sleep, clean real food, stress management, drinking plenty of water and of course exercise!!

I don't train you to become the next Incredible Hulk. I believe in training to be able to be functional day to day, incorporating exercise into your daily life. 

To be able to play with and keep up with the kids and to have the strength to pick yourself up off the floor if you take a fall. 

I also understand that as we go into menopause the body goes through a huge amount of changes causing weight gain, and changes in our bones, joints and muscles. Therefore it is important for us to remain as active and as healthy as we can to minimise the effects that menopause has on our body. 

I adapt the 'Use it or lose it' attitude. 

Sessions are 45 minutes including warm up and debrief

I use minimal equipment and body weight exercises to help you achieve your goals. I want to help you become....
