
GROUPTRAINING
Small group sessions are a great way to get a taster of my training style in a small, relaxed setting. I offer various types of evening sessions from High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) Legs. Abs and Butt (L.A.B) to target those problem areas and X-PRESS30 to educate you about technique and form to achieve the best possible results from your training. For the Mum's and Shift workers I have two day time classes just for you!! Bums & Tums and H.I.I.T
All group training sessions are a maximum of 6-8 per class and booking is essential. Advance payment of classes is required at the beginning of each 10 week block which aligns with the NZ School Terms. Book for 1, 2, 3 or all classes for an all over weekly fitness program.
H.I.I.T
High Intensity Interval Training is designed to get the blood pumping using the steps, plyo box, skipping ropes, boxing gloves and bodyweight exercises to timed intervals.
Classes are small (maximum of 8) and are adaptable to all levels of fitness and abilities.
Booking is essential and are completed in 10 week blocks, based on the New Zealand School Terms.

L.A.B
Legs, Abs and Butt is designed to target the problem areas, building strength in the glutes, tightening the tummy and toning the legs.
Classes are small (maximum of 8) and are adaptable to all levels of fitness and abilities.

X-PRESS30
Designed using body weight combined with free weights such as Kettlebells, Dumbbells and Medicine Balls. This is a fast paced circuit style class using a combination of strength and cardio. This is a continuation from STRONG.

BUMS & TUMS
Probably our most neglected muscle groups!! Bums and Tums is designed to get you thinking and activating the parts of the body that keep us upright!! We will be working on our Glutes and Core muscles to strengthen and tone!!
